    Includes full text. ABI/INFORM Complete is a full-text database that provides a wealth of business related information, including thousands of journals and company profiles. The Complete version consists of three ABI/INFORM resources: Dateline, Global, and Trade & Industry. Each database can be selected and searched separately and the Complete version has an archive that dates back to the 1960s in some cases.
  • Academic OneFile
    Includes full text. Academic OneFile is a comprehensive database provided by DISCUS that contains more than 8,000 journals, the majority of which are provided in full-text. It also includes hundreds of podcasts and news transcripts.
  • Academic Search Premier
    Includes full text. Academic Search Premier, designed specifically for academic institutions, is the world's largest scholarly, multi-disciplinary full text database containing full text for nearly 5,000 publications. In addition, this database offers indexing and abstracts for all 8,172 journals. This scholarly collection offers information in nearly every area of academic study.
  • Acceda Noticias from Newsbank
    More than 80 Spanish-language newspapers from major US cities throughout the United States are included in this package. There are also several thousand articles from countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Columbia, Ecuador, Spain, Peru and more. Access provided until May 2012.
  • Access America's Newspapers & World News Research Collection, from Newsbank
    Several thousand current and archived newspapers are provided for research on current events, business news, people, and a wide array of disciplines, both in domestic and international news sources. Includes transcripts and military and government news as well. Access will be provided until May 2012.
  • ACM Digital Library
    Includes full text. The ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) Digital Library is a vast collection of citations and full-text from ACM journal and newsletter articles, and conference proceedings. It is the full-text repository of papers from publications that have been published, co-published, or co-marketed by ACM and other publishers.
  • AGRICOLA
    No full text. AGRICOLA (AGRICultural OnLine Access) is a bibliographic database of citations to the agricultural literature created by the National Agricultural Library (NAL) and its cooperators. Although the AGRICOLA database does not contain the full-text materials, thousands of AGRICOLA records are linked to full-text documents online.
  • America: History and Life
    Linked to full text. A complete bibliographic reference to the history of the United States and Canada from prehistory to the present. Published since 1964, the database comprises over 490,000 bibliographic entries for periodicals dating back to 1954, providing an incomparable research tool for students and researchers of US and Canadian history. Links to full-text via JSTOR when available.
  • American Chemical Society Publications
    Includes full text. The American Chemical Society's Web Editions are the online versions of the ACS print journals with access to the current year plus the preceeding four years. They are full--text articles with all supplementary material deliveried in two formats: HTML and PDF.
  • American Civil War Research Database
    Includes full text. The American Civil War Research Database is the definitive online resource for researching the individuals, regiments, and battles of the American Civil War. Millions of soldiers and thousands of battles and photographs can be searched in this powerful resource.
  • American FactFinder
    Includes full text. American FactFinder is an online source for population, housing, economic and geographic data that presents the results from four key data programs: --the 1990 Decennial Census --the 1997and 2002 Economic Census --the 1996-2002 American Community Survey --the July 1, 2000 to July1, 2002 Population Estimates Program.
  • American History in Video
    Video Collection. This is the most comprehensive collection of history videos available online. The thousands of titles include archival materials, newsreels, documentaries, commercial and government videos and more.
  • American Periodicals
    Includes full text. This is a collection of periodicals published between 1740 and 1940 across many disciplines, including general interest publications. About 1500 publications are included.
  • Annual Reviews
    Includes full text. Annual Reviews offers comprehensive, timely collections of critical reviews written by leading authors. Annual Reviews volumes are published each year for 29 focused disciplines within the Biomedical, Physical, and Social Sciences. All Annual Reviews series are ranked within the top ten publications for their respective disciplines. This includes an archive and current material for Clinical Psychology, Neuroscience, Public Health, Psychology and Sociology.
  • Anthropological Index Online
    No full text. Anthropological Index Online is based on the journal holdings of The Anthropology Library of the British Museum which receives periodicals in all branches of anthropology, from academic institutions and publishers around the world.

    No full text. ASSIA is provided by Proquest and is an indexing and abstracting tool covering health, social services, psychology, sociology, economics, politics, race relations and education. Updated monthly, ASSIA provides a comprehensive source of social science and health information for the practical and academic professional.

    No full text. ArchiveGrid provides a guide to locating historical collections around the world, with nearly a million collection descriptions. ArchiveGrid does not provide full-text, but does act as a guide for knowing where specific documents and collections are housed.
  • ArticleFirst
    No full text. ArticleFirst describes items listed on the table of contents pages of individual issues of nearly 13,000 journals from a wide variety of disciplines. Each record describes one article, news story, letter, or other item from a journal. Subjects include business, science, the social sciences, humanities, medicine, technology, and popular culture.

    Includes full text and images. ARTstor is a repository of hundreds of thousands of digital images and data about those images. ARTstor is derived from the several source collections, which are themselves the product of collaborations with libraries, museums, photographic archives, publishers, slide libraries, and individual scholars.
  • ASFA: Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Abstracts
    No full text. ASFA is the premier reference in the field of aquatic resources. Input to ASFA is provided by a growing international network of information centers monitoring over 5,000 serial publications, books, reports, conference proceedings, translations and limited distribution literature.

    Includes full text. Black Drama contains about 1500 plays, with about 600 of them published here for the first time. This database also includes other materials related to the collection of plays.
  • Black Thought and Culture
    Includes full text. Black Thought and Culture will provide approximately 100,000 pages of monographs, essays, articles, speeches, and interviews written by leaders within the black community from the earliest times to the present. The collection is intended for research in black studies, political science, American history, music, literature, and art.

    Over 100,000 pages are provided from essays, fiction and poetry. Writings from both Africa and the Americas are included.
  • Book Review Digest Plus with Retrospective (1905 to Present)
    Book Review Digest Plus with Retrospective is a Wilson database that provides excerpts from, and citations to, reviews of adult and juvenile fiction and non-fiction. Book Review Digest Plus with Retrospective covers over a million books with full text of book reviews from eleven other H. W. Wilson indexes.
  • Book Review Index Online Plus
    Includes full text. This resource is provided courtesy of DISCUS - South Carolina's Virtual Library. Book Review Index Online Plus includes more than 5 million review citations; it also includes more than 634,000 full-text reviews from InfoTrac OneFile and InfoTrac Expanded Academic, as well as full text via links to library holdings. Access to full-text reviews allows users to conduct research in numerous disciplines, including literature, history, education, psychology, and more.

Business Source Premier, designed specifically for business schools and libraries, provides full text for nearly 7,600 scholarly business journals and other sources, including full text for more than 1,125 peer-reviewed business publications.     Includes full text. Cabell's Directories provide access to publishing information for the areas of business, computer science, education and psychology. Each entry provides details about specific journals, such as the review process, publication and contact information, manuscript specifications and topics that are covered within each journal.
  • Cambridge Scientific Abstracts
    No full text. CSA has been publishing abstracts and indexes to scientific and technical research literature for over 30 years. Content coverage includes the life sciences, environmental and aquatic sciences, computer sciences, materials science and engineering, aerospace, social sciences, and humanities.
  • CAMIO - Catalog of Art Museum Images Online
    Image collection. CAMIO contains about 95,000 images of photographs, paintings, sculptures and other artistic items. It also contains audio and video files.
  • Caribbean Literature
    Includes full text. Caribbean Literature contains over 100,000 pages of poetry and fiction. A large number of works come from the 19th and 20th centuries, including literature from Spanish and French colonies. Reference works can also be found within this collection.
  • Chemical Abstracts
    No full text. ACCESS RESTRICTED TO SPECIFIC TIMES. Available M-TH 5pm-5am; Fri 5pm-Sat 6pm; Sun 8am-Mon5am. Chemical Abstracts via STNEasy is the most current and most comprehensive chemistry bibliographic database available from CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service). ChemIDplus provides access to structure and nomenclature authority files used for the identification of chemical substances cited in National Library of Medicine databases with direct links to many biomedical resources at NLM and on the Internet for chemicals of interest. The database contains over 367,000 chemical records, of which over 142,000 include chemical structures, and is searchable by Name, Synonym, CAS Registry Number, Molecular Formula, Classification Code, and more.

    Includes full text. Computer Source provides researchers with the latest information and current trends in high technology. This database offers full text for more than 300 publications, covering topics such as computer science, programming, artificial intelligence, cybernetics, information systems, robotics, and software. In addition, this database offers indexing and abstracts for nearly 450 publications.
  • Conference Papers Index
    No full text. Conference Papers provides citations to papers and poster sessions presented at major scientific meetings around the world. Subject emphasis since 1995 has been in the life sciences, environmental sciences and the aquatic sciences, while older material also covers physics, engineering and materials science.     Includes full text. Early English Books Online (EEBO) contains digital images of texts printed between 1473 and 1700. Included are virtually all texts printed in England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, North America and other English language books.

    Includes full text. The Early English Books Online Text Creation Project(EEBO TCP) provides searchable text for approximately 25,000 works, based upon the digital images found in EEBO. The works included in this resource date between 1473 and 1700.
  • eBook Collection from EBSCO (formerly NetLibrary)
    Includes full text. EBSCO's eBook Collection provides access to thousands of digital books available 24/7. These eBooks span all disciplines and provide the full text in a format that can be read online or printed.

    Includes full text. EbscoHost databases offer access to full-text articles from peer-reviewed journals published by many of the world's most prestigious academic publishers. Subjects include Education, Literature, Nursing, and Psychology.

    Includes full text. Education Research Complete is the definitive online resource for education research. All levels of education are covered, from early childhood to higher education, and all educational specialties. Indexing and abstracts are provided for more than 1,500 journals, as well as full text for more than 750 journals, more than 100 books and monographs, and for numerous education-related conference papers.

    Includes full text. This resource is provided courtesy of DISCUS - South Carolina's Virtual Library. This collection of more than 1,100 periodicals and 200 reports is a great resource for educators. Content included in the database is almost entirely full-text.

    Includes full text. This Spanish language resource contains 1500 encyclopedia articles and 1000 images.
  • Environmental Impact Statements: Digests
    No full text. Proquest provides EIS, which provides detailed abstracts of government issued impact statements, also indexing them for easy reference. EIS extracts the key issues from complex government-released environmental impact statements, converting massive documents into concise, readable abstracts. Each entry includes a clear description of the project, sections on positive impact and negative consequences, and legal mandates.
  • Environmental Sciences & Pollution Management
    No full text. Environmental Sciences & Pollution Management, a multidisciplinary database, provides unparalleled and comprehensive coverage of the environmental sciences.     No full text. The ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center) database is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education to provide extensive access to educational-related literature. The ERIC database corresponds to two printed journals: Resources in Education (RIE) and Current Index to Journals in Education (CIJE). Both journals provide access to some 14,000 documents and over 20,000 journal articles per year.
  • European Views of the Americas
    No full text. This resource contains over 32,000 entries as a guide to records about the Americas written in Europe from 1493 until 1750. This bibliographic database covers topics sucs as exploration, Native Americans, slavery, and much more.
  • Expanded Academic ASAP
    Includes full text. Expanded Academic ASAP, provided by DISCUS, covers information from the arts and the humanities to social sciences, science and technology. It meets research needs across all academic disciplines. It provides access to scholarly journals, news magazines, and newspapers - many with full-text and images.

This career research database offers Job and Industry Profiles with information on nearly 3,400 jobs and 94 industries, broken down into 16 Career Clusters created by the Department of Education. Profiles include articles and videos. The Career and Industry Resources section includes more than 55,000 entries on scholarships, internships, and more, divided into easily browsable categories with searchable records.
  • Films on Demand
    Video resource. Films on Demand provides thousands of streaming videos that can be incorporated into course management software and viewed in class or on any computer. Films span most disciplines and subject areas. Personal profiles can be created to generate playlists and set options such as the streaming media format, search preferences, and more.
  • FirstSearch
    No full text. FirstSearch is a Web-based information system comprised of a multidisciplinary collection of databases.
  • Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia
    Includes full text. The Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia database indexes over 25,000 records, covering an array of topics. Full text for each record may be easily accessed by double clicking on the topic from the display. The database contains various images, offers brief biographies as well as information in a variety of subject areas. This database is updated annually.

    Includes full text. Gale Virtual Reference Library delivers a wealth of eBook reference content in a database format. EBook formats include multi-volume encyclopedias, biographical collections, business plan handbooks, company history compilations, consumer health references, and specialized reference sources.
  • Gale's Literary Index
    No full text. Gale's Literary Index is a master index to the major literature products published by Gale. It combines and cross-references about 146,000 author names, including pseudonyms, variant names and listings for over 193,000 titles into one source.
  • General Business File ASAP
    Includes full text. General Business File ASAP, provided by DISCUS, provides analysis of company performance and activity, industry events and trends as well as the latest in management, economics and politics. It offers access to a combination of broker research reports, trade publications, newspapers, journals and company directory listings.
  • General OneFile
    Includes full text. General OneFile, provided by DISCUS, is a comprehensive periodical database covering all subjects and all types of periodicals. It has over 22 million full-text articles on all subjects from over 5000 periodical titles including articles from newswires and general, professional, scholarly and children’s periodicals.

    Includes full text. General Science Full Text is a Wilson database that provides indexing and in-depth abstracts for over 300 periodicals as far back as 1984; full text is available for 100 science journals.
  • GeoRef with GeoRef in Process
    No full text. Proquest provides GeoRef, which allows access to the geoscience literature of the world. Access to GeoRef in Process is also included. GeoRef is the most comprehensive database in the geosciences and continues to grow. The database contains over 2 million references to geoscience journal articles, books, maps, conference papers, reports and theses.
  • GeoScienceWorld
    Includes full text. GeoScienceWorld provides 36 journals with an emphasis on geology and the earth sciences. All journals contain full-text dating back to at least 2000, with many dating well before that. Results from GeoRef are also included in the search results.
  • GPO Monthly Catalog
    Includes full text. GPO Monthly Catalog covers all types of U.S. government documents, including Congressional reports, hearings, debates and records; judiciary materials; and documents issued by executive departments (Defense, State, Labor, Office of the President, etc.).
  • GreenFILE
